I'll start off with this picture:
So get this. I’m painfully addicted to listening to Natalia Kills. I’m actually looking quite forward to getting her whole album which will be released sometime the beginning of next month (Europe).
The other day, I was browsing one of her fan communities and came across comments of how she’s ripping off Lady Gaga. What!? She’s ripping off Lady Gaga while Lady Gaga is apparently ripping off Madonna?! SERIOUSLY!?!?!???!?!? Is EVERY new artist going to be called out at saying that they’re ripping off [insert artist here]? While I admit a few songs from Natalia have got a Gaga-esque sound to them, her lyrics are much darker and a little creepier than what I’ve ever heard Lady Gaga sing about. I’ll just openly admit I’m both a big fan of Lady Gaga (see banner!) and Natalia Kills, but I don’t think it’s really cool to say one person is copying the other due to the similarity of their music sound. It’s the same with Gaga and Madonna. They’re two different artists. Two different voices and two different generations. Instead of fan-war, just enjoy the music that’s offered. And if you don’t like it, DON’T LISTEN TO IT. Easy as that. You don’t see me browsing sites of people I hate. It’s a waste of time, y’allz.
Anyway, my initial point was that Natalia Kills does have pretty catchy music and isn’t bad of a singer. I recommend her actual single “Mirrors”.

I myself am pretty hooked on “Zombie”. Which has a pretty dark tune to it.
